One week out from CEDIA, and Chief is ready to shine. The products are ready, the booth is packed, signs have been printed.

 

Our goal this year is to pack the Ultimate AV Solutions Experience into 360 square feet of awesome at booth #2018. We’re approaching this in three ways:

 

Our goal is to provide the best service in the industry. Period. Service drives our online tools like MountFinder™, RackBuilder™ and projector calculators to help you perform better. We’ve also got some fantastic customer service reps like Leah Lund and Mark Constantine, who have more than 10 years experience with Chief mounts and enjoy helping people find the best AV solutions for their projects. As Mark says, “You can tell by a caller’s voice that they are happy with the service you provide. Hearing that excitement is rewarding to me.” Along with customer service, we have technical support team members like Xavier Smith and Les Olson – CTS certified professionals ready to help with your questions.

 

We’re also working on more support materials like videos, training opportunities, and other content that you can use to become more familiar with Chief AV solutions and help your customers interested in home theater AV solutions understand what they are getting with Chief.

 

At CEDIA, we are representing service with a coffee bar at the booth. Walking the trade show can be tiring, so let us help put the zip back in your step.

 

Chief prides itself on listening to installer feedback to create mounts and AV racks that solve problems. We’ve been doing that since 1978, and this installer-based mindset has helped to create the RPA, Fusion, Thinstall and a culture that continually focuses on improving the installation experience.

 

We’ve brought several products to the booth that are loaded with installer-friendly features. Stop by to see the Thinstall swing arm display mounts. These mounts were designed with a one-person installation in mind – mount the rail, then hang the arm and attach the TV.

 

The K3 Kontour mount will also be on hand. Installers wanted more flexibility in monitor array mounts. The K3F310 provides the ability to create 3×1 and 2×1 configurations in portrait or landscape orientations with monitors or tablets at various heights and angles.

 

The Fusion wall mounts are a favorite of AV solution installers. With post installation adjustments, and the ability to fine tune along any axis, this series is great for any residential situation. See more in the video.

 

We’ll also have wall racks and iPad® mounts on hand at the booth, which work great in home theater and control applications.
