LOUISVILLE, KY, September 21, 2016 – Panasonic, a leader in projection, professional display and professional video technologies, is showcasing a wide range of visual and imaging products at the WFX show for house of worship (HOW) applications. Products being showcased include the new PT-RZ970 1-Chip SOLID SHINE Laser projector delivering high-impact projection mapping solutions, the EF1 Series professional displays for digital signage, and the AK-UC3000 4K/HD studio camera and its matching AK-UB300 4K/HD POV camera system capturing astonishing image reproduction.

Laser Projectors
PT-RZ970 Series 1-Chip DLP™ SOLID SHINE Laser Projectors
The PT-RZ970 Series comprises three 1-Chip DLP™ SOLID SHINE laser projectors that delivers a maximum of 10,400 lm (center). The PT-RZ970 Series laser projectors incorporates cutting-edge technology to achieve vibrant picture quality and high 10,000:1 contrast ratio. These filter-less projectors are essentially dust-proof, and are subjected to punishing tests to ensure flawless performance in Sanctuaries, Gathering Areas, religious education classrooms or any house of worship location. The PT-RZ970 Series is engineered for virtually maintenance-free long-haul operation, shares optional lenses with Panasonic’s 1-Chip DLP™ projector family. The PT-RZ970 projectors are the perfect solution to support any high-brightness environmental projection and projection mapping application.
The series includes the PT-RZ970 (WUXGA), PT-RW930 (WXGA) and PT-RX110 (XGA) projectors, all available in black or white cabinets.
Professional Displays
EF1 Series Professional Displays
The EF1 Series expands the lineup of entry displays to include 84- and 75-inch display sizes. The EF1 Series offers a simple, flexible, and cost effective solution for various house of worship digital signage needs. The slim design offers excellent visibility and enables simple, networkable media presentation, with a built-in signage player that allows video and still-image playback via USB. These displays can be mounted in either portrait or landscape orientation.
The EF1 displays are perfect for:

AK-UC3000 4K Studio Camera and AK-UB300 4K Box Camera
The UC3000 is equipped with a large, full-UHD resolution single MOS sensor that outputs a UHD signal up to 3840/2160/59.94p, while also delivering superior picture quality in HD. The camera’s B4 mount accommodates the gamut of existing 2/3-inch lenses to maximize customers’ return on their investment in existing lenses.
Panasonic’s new AK-UB300 4K multi-purpose box-type camera is equipped with a one-inch MOS sensor that outputs a UHD signal up to 3840x2160/59.94p and 50p with the ability to simultaneously output HD (up to 1080/59.94p/50p). The camera uses existing 2/3-inch lenses and features high sensitivity (F10/2000lx), low noise (S/N 60dB) and dynamic range measured at 600% (-6dB?36dB.
4K/HD PTZs with Advanced Streaming, Wowza Integration, Auto Tracking
Panasonic is displaying its comprehensive line-up of remote production cameras, including the AW-UE70, the industry’s first integrated 4K PTZ; the AW-HE130 HD PTZ with high-sensitivity, low noise 1/3” 3-MOS imagers; and the cost-effective AW-HE40 HD PTZ.
These models are all capable of advanced IP streaming, and now can be seamlessly integrated with Wowza Streaming Engine™ server software to deliver best-in-class 4K and HD streaming for implementations where ultra-high resolution video is crucial. Panasonic’s AW-SF100 PTZ Auto Tracking Software, which enables these PTZ cameras to track an object automatically without the need of a camera operator or bulky gear for a presenter, is also on display.
New AG-UX180 4K/HD Camcorder Boast Industry's Widest Optical Zoom Angle
The AG-UX180, available in December, features a newly-designed Leica Dicomar 4K compact lens with a wide 24mm angle (4K 24p, 17:9), the industry’s widest for an integrated lens camcorder. The UX180 UX Series model includes a high-powered 20x optical zoom; 4K/24p, UHD/60p and FHD/60p multi-format recording; FHD super-slow motion 120fps recording, infrared shooting in darkness (0 lux) and 3G-SDI/HDMI output
In addition to showcasing its professional camera line-up at WFX, Panasonic will be presenting two camera techniques training sessions for attendees. The first entitled “How to Choose the Right Cameras and Production Techniques for your Ministries” takes place on September 21, from 10:15 am - 11:15 am in Room SWC106 of the Kentucky Exposition Center. The second session, “How In-camera Streaming Compliments and Simplifies Your Worship Production,” takes place on September 22 from 1:15 pm - 2:15 pm in Room SWC106.
